Refund policy

We guarantee that your purchase will be alive upon delivery. In rare cases of livestock is dead on arrival (DOA), we must be notified within 2 hours of delivery on the same day of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the packaging and item. Item must not be opened in original packaging. We will provide a resolution through the form of a replacement or store credit.
