All livestock is shipped through UPS Next Day shipping and will arrive at your doorstep the next day.

Our DOA Policy guarantees your livestock will arrive alive upon delivery.
Policy Outline
- Livestock are only shipped within the US except for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Dry Goods can be shipped internationally.
- We ship livestock only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed for Thursday shipment may experience delivery delays until Monday. If Friday is the only available delivery day for you, please contact us to arrange shipping, but we are not responsible if delivery is delayed until Monday. If livestock arrives on Friday and is dead on arrival (DOA), our standard DOA policy will apply.
- In most cases, UPS Next Day package arrive before 12pm the day after the package has shipped. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. We are also not responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your shipment to arrive late.
- We can hold corals for up to one week once payment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Please contact us to make such arrangements. Beyond that, we are not responsible for the coral, and cannot guarantee replacement of the coral purchased.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
Policy Outline
- We guarantee that your purchase will be alive upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages delayed due to shipping carrier.
- In the rare case that livestock is dead on arrival (DOA), we must be notified within 2 hours of delivery on the same day of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of the packaging and item. Item must not be opened and must be in the original packaging.
- We will provide a resolution through the form of a replacement or store credit. We reserve the right to decide the form of resolution.
- We are not responsible for any livestock after it has been placed in your tank OR after 2 hours of delivery.
All Sales Are Final
- All sales (in-store & online) are final. We are not responsible for any items, including livestock, once it leaves the store.
- In the rare chance of a DOA for online orders, we will provide a resolution based on the policy listed above.
- We reserve the right to deny any request for exchanges, refunds, credit, or other compensation.
- We do not provide any guarantee for any items after they have left our store.
