Shipping + DOA Policy

Livestock are only shipped within the US except for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska

Dry Goods can be shipped internationally

All items are professionally packaged and shipped.

You will receive your package by UPS. In most cases, these carriers arrive before 12pm next day after the package has shipped. We cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your shipment to arrive late.

We can hold corals for up to one week once payment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Beyond that, we are not responsible for the coral, and cannot guarantee replacement of the same coral purchased.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

We guarantee that your purchase will be alive upon delivery. In rare cases of livestock is dead on arrival (DOA), we must be notified within 2 hours of delivery on the same day of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the packaging and item. Item must not be opened in original packaging. We will provide a resolution through the form of a replacement or store credit.
