Shipping + DOA Policy

Livestock ships within the United States, including Alaska and Puerto Rico. Alaska and Puerto Rico orders take 2 days in transit and are not covered by our DOA guarantee. We do not ship livestock to Hawaii.

Dry goods can be shipped internationally.

All items are professionally packaged and shipped.

Your package will be delivered by UPS. In most cases, packages arrive by 12 PM the day after they ship. We cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your shipment to arrive late.

We can hold corals for up to one week once payment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Beyond that, we are not responsible for the coral and cannot guarantee a replacement of the same coral purchased.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

We guarantee that your purchase will be alive upon delivery. In the rare case that livestock arrives dead (DOA), you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery, on the same day of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the packaging and the item. The item must remain unopened in its original bag. We will provide a resolution in the form of a replacement or store credit.
