Disappearing Wrasse

Scientific Name: Pseudocheilinus evanidus

The Disappearing (Striated) Wrasse is a small red-pink wrasse with fine white lines and a white stripe under the eye. It's named for how quickly it vanishes into the rockwork.

Why We're Obsessed

It's one of the more peaceful Pseudocheilinus wrasses and a great pest hunter that stays out of trouble.

Care: Reef safe; may eat very small shrimp. Shy; provide rockwork. Feed mysis and pellets. Max size about 3". Minimum tank size: 30 gallons.
