The White Cheek (Gold Rim) Tang is a dark blue-black tang with a white patch under the eye, a yellow line along the base of the fins, and a white-and-yellow tail.
Why We're Obsessed
The White Cheek is a sleek, high-contrast tang that looks great in any reef. It's a lot like a Powder Brown, but with sharper detail on the face. Clean, classic, and a great algae grazer.
Care: Reef safe. Semi-aggressive toward other tangs; add it to a mature tank with lots of swimming room. Feed nori and seaweed daily plus frozen and pellet foods. Max size about 8". Minimum tank size: 100 gallons.
