Thompson's Tang is a slender, dark-blue to chocolate tang with a white tail. It's one of the few tangs that feeds mostly on plankton in open water.

Thompson's Tang is a peaceful, open-water swimmer that's rarely offered. A great tang for reefs where you want movement without aggression.
Care: Reef safe and peaceful. Feed mysis, brine, and pellets several times a day, plus some seaweed. Max size about 10". Minimum tank size: 125 gallons.
