Spiny Star Astrea Snail
$2.99
Scientific Name: Lithopoma phoebium
The Spiny Star (Ninja Star) Astrea Snail has a cone-shaped shell with star-like spines around the edge.
Why We're Obsessed
It's an Astrea with a cooler shell, and it does the same great job eating film and hair algae.
Care: Reef safe. Can't flip itself over if it falls on its back, so check on it now and then. Eats algae; supplement with algae wafers if needed.
