Why We're Obsessed
Multibars are one of those fish you have to earn. They're shy, they hide in caves, and they reward patient reefers. Once one settles in, it's one of the most intricate-looking fish you can keep in a reef. A connoisseur's dwarf angel.
Care: Generally reef safe (low risk of nipping). Peaceful and shy; give it lots of caves and calm tankmates. Feed mysis, brine, sponge foods, and pellets in small portions. Max size about 4.5". Minimum tank size: 55 gallons.
