Frogspawn coral (Euphyllia divisa) is a popular species of large-polyp stony coral found in reef environments in the Indo-Pacific region. It is known for its unique appearance, with tentacles that resemble frog eggs or spawn, giving it its common name. The coral exhibits a variety of colors, including shades of green, brown, and pink, with fluorescent tips that glow under certain lighting conditions. Frogspawn coral is a popular choice among aquarium enthusiasts due to its hardy nature and attractive appearance, but it requires specific water conditions and careful placement to thrive in captivity.
