Golden Nebula Angelfish – Bali Aquarich

Scientific Name: Apolemichthys griffisi × Apolemichthys xanthopunctatus (captive-bred hybrid)

The Golden Nebula Angelfish is a captive-bred hybrid from Bali Aquarich: a cross between the Griffis Angel and the Goldflake Angel. It combines the Griffis's clean, pale body with the Goldflake's gold-dusted look.

Why We're Obsessed

Hybrid angels are some of the coolest fish in the hobby, and this is one you'll basically never see in the wild. Bali Aquarich is doing some of the most exciting angelfish breeding in the world, and the Golden Nebula is a perfect example.

Care: Captive-bred and eating prepared foods. Reef safe with caution (may nip LPS and clams, like its parents). Semi-aggressive toward other angels. Feed sponge-based foods, mysis, and pellets. Minimum tank size: 100 gallons.
